This website may collect information about its users, only for newsletter subscription and booking systems.
To manage the newsletter distribution list, DDA-AuRA uses the Brevo platform (ex Sendinblue). By submitting their contact details on the newsletter registration form, the user acknowledges that the information provided will be transmitted to Brevo in its capacity as data processor, in accordance with its general conditions of use. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe link in each email.
Apart from Brevo, the information entrusted to DDA-AuRA is never transferred or transmitted to third parties, it is only used to provide the service concerned by the form completed by the user (newsletter or reservation). For the analysis of site traffic, DDA-AuRA uses the Matomo cookie-free analytical solution that guarantees the protection of users' privacy.
DDA-AuRA is responsible for the processing of personal data transmitted by its users. As such, DDA-AuRA complies with the provisions of Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) as well as those of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, and guarantees in particular that:
• personal data has been collected and processed in compliance with applicable regulations;
• the collection and processing has been subject to the consent and information of the data subjects;
• individuals can exercise their rights of access and rectification or deletion of their data. To do so, users can send a request to info@dda-ra.org.
